Installation

1. Install QueryPal: Directly add QueryPal to your workspace through the "Add to Slack" button on querypal.com.

Configuring QueryPal

• Navigate to your 1v1 DMs with the QueryPal Slackbot

• Select Slack channels to read

• Confirm the channels you want QueryPal to join. - by clicking on Introduce QueryPal

• Add other integrations by going to our admin panel

• We’ll let you know when Slack is done indexing, and you can check the status anytime on the integrations page.

4. Bot Customization:

For advanced bot customization or workspace setting configuration, visit the dashboard. Advanced features include customizing the bot tone, admin settings, and knowledge base adjustments.
