Getting started with External helpdesk

1. Sign up for an account:

• Visit querypal.com and click on get started free to create your account

• Sign in with your Google Account

2. Add Knowledge Sources

• After signing in, you'll land in our onboarding flow
• Begin by adding your first set of knowledge sources. These are the documents or information sources that your chatbot will use to understand and respond to queries.
• Upload documents or provide links to web pages containing the relevant information.

3. Test Your Bot

Before you finish onboarding you will be able to test the bot you created by asking various questions to ensure your bot understands and responds accurately.

4. Deploy your bot

• Choose how you want to deploy your bot:
• Link Deployment: Use a unique link to share with users and teammates
• Widget Deployment: Embed the chatbot directly onto your website using the provided embed code.
