At Dell, Wavefront, and VMware, Jason built and optimized support strategies for some of the most complex enterprise environments, shaping his mastery of operational excellence. At QueryPal, he champions innovative approaches to AI adoption, ensuring customer success teams achieve faster resolutions and lasting impact. An Austin native, Jason balances his professional accomplishments with a love of Texas BBQs, football, and family life with his three boys.

JJ Yankov

Co-Head of Engineering

JJ co-leads Engineering at QueryPal, driving innovations in backend development and machine learning that position the company at the forefront of AI automation. With more than a dozen patents in machine learning, JJ is recognized as a thought leader in AI and an expert in designing systems that deliver reliable, intelligent solutions at scale. At VMware, he led the Machine Learning team within the Office of the CTO, spearheading the development of their flagship ML product. At QueryPal, JJ’s expertise ensures the platform continually sets new benchmarks for efficiency and accuracy in customer support. Outside of work, JJ is a dedicated weightlifter and enjoys long beach walks with his wife and their two dogs.

An MIT-trained physicist with a passion for cutting-edge technology, Elena honed her skills at Facebook/Meta, where she built scalable systems and contributed to transformative projects. At QueryPal, Elena merges the rapid evolution of AI technologies with practical, high-impact applications tailored for customer success leaders. A member of the Alto Velo Racing team, she applies the same determination to cycling Bay Area trails as she does to pushing the boundaries of AI in customer support.

April Cho is the Head of Product at QueryPal, driving innovative AI-powered solutions that redefine customer support operations. A veteran product leader with a track record of creating transformative user experiences, April specializes in turning complex challenges into simple, scalable solutions. Before QueryPal, she founded Crave Up, a company that revolutionized online ordering and autonomous delivery for hospitality giants. At QueryPal, April’s focus is on delivering cutting-edge AI tools that empower customer support leaders to scale operations without sacrificing quality. A Columbia University graduate, April combines her passion for customer experience with a sharp understanding of emerging technologies. She lives in Los Angeles, where she enjoys wine tasting and e-biking with her husband.
